From its start in 2002, Killam Properties Inc. has emerged as Atlantic Canada’s largest apartment landlord. It has now expanded beyond the Region and boasts 18,247 apartment units in 173 properties under ownership and management. Killam bases part of its success on the skilful use of the Internet to engage its target demographic and eliminate as much stress as possible from the rental process.
