Andrew is a professionally trained planner, who joined Turner Drake in 2019 after working as a Municipal Planner in Ontario. He graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance & Operations Management) degree from McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. Following this he entered the Land Use Planning program at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, obtaining his Master of Planning degree in 2017. Andrew has since obtained his full membership in the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and graduated with a Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) from the University of British Columbia in 2026.
Andrew is a savvy data manipulator, putting skills developed in his finance education to work in collecting, collating, and analysing demographic, economic, and built environment data. He brings these skills to bear in support of Turner Drake’s municipal planning work, conducting growth forecasts and compiling existing conditions data to inform planning policy, and playing a central role in conducting housing needs studies.
