Turner Drake is the oldest full service real estate consultancy in Atlantic Canada. We were founded in 1976 to provide real estate services to the business community. In 1998 we expanded our service area to include Ontario, to meet the demands of clients owning property there as well. We now undertake assignments from coast to coast, and all points in between. From our offices throughout Atlantic Canada and Ontario, our service offering has expanded to include seven complimentary divisions: Valuation, Property Tax, Counselling, Brokerage, Lasercad® Space Measurement, Economic Intelligence and Planning. We currently provide consulting advice on over $10 billion worth of property annually. Through our various affiliations we can offer Valuation services throughout North America and the United Kingdom, in addition to Brokerage services in most countries.
We sell our services, not our integrity. We are honest, transparent, and steadfast in our commitment to put the needs of our clients first. We believe the best way to serve our clients is with the best trained consultants, and so we invest heavily in our people: they are our greatest asset. All of our trainees complete a rigorous seven-year training program which marries 430 hours of in-house training modules, with the University of British Columbia’s BBRE degree program, and one-on-one mentorship. We believe the best advice is underpinned by market data and so we have built Compuval®, a multi-million dollar industry leading IT platform to capture, store, and analyse real estate transactional data on the fly, ensuring that all of our work is supported by current information.
