Austin joined Turner Drake in 2021 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Francis Xavier University. He is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree.
As a member of our Valuation Division, Austin’s work has taken him throughout Atlantic Canada. As a consultant he is responsible for working on assignments for financing, sale, purchase, expropriation and other purposes, across a myriad of property types (office, retail, industrial, apartments, etc.).
Austin is also a member of our Lasercad® Division and has extensive experience with the measurement of office, industrial, retail and residential space to the appropriate BOMA, BOMA/SIOR, ULI, and CREA standards, in buildings located throughout Atlantic Canada. He also has experience in our Economic Intelligence Unit gathering market survey data throughout the region.
