Brendan joined Turner Drake in 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Acadia University. Currently, he is enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree.
Prior to joining Turner Drake, Brendan gained experience in the public accounting and finance sector. As a member of the firm’s Valuation Division Brendan is engaged in a broad range of property types including commercial, industrial, residential, and undeveloped land. Brendan also does double duty by working in the Lasercad® Division where he measures and certifies office, industrial, retail, and residential space according to the appropriate Standard Methods of Measurement.
