Brendan joined Turner Drake in 2023 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from Acadia University. Currently, he is enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree.

Prior to joining Turner Drake, Brendan gained experience in the public accounting and finance sector. As a member of the firm’s Valuation Division Brendan is engaged in a broad range of property types including commercial, industrial, residential, and undeveloped land. Brendan has experience in recreational and resource land, particularly those with ecological significance.

In addition to his Valuation work Brendan also manages the firm’s Lasercad® division which deals with the measurement of office, industrial, and retail property throughout the region.
