Brendan is a professionally trained planner, who joined Turner Drake in 2022 after graduating from
Dalhousie University. He completed his Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy) degree from Mount Allison in
2017 and following that, entered into the Planning program at Dalhousie University, obtaining his
Master of Planning degree in 2022. Brendan is currently enrolled in the Diploma in Urban Land
Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree program through the University
of British Columbia.
Brendan is a talented writer and analyst, putting skills developed during his formal education to work in
collating and analysing the intricacies within socioeconomic and built environment data at work within
larger political frameworks. He brings these skills to bear in support of Turner Drake’s municipal
planning work, complementing rigorous data collection with equally rigorous and accessible
communication. He plays an integral role in the firms Planning Division, and has worked on some of the
largest Housing Needs studies in region.
