Colin Rennie

B.A., Adv. Dip GIS

Manager, Charlottetown
Economic Intelligence

Colin joined Turner Drake in 2020 with three years of GIS experience in the private and public sectors. He completed his B.A. in Geography from Mount Allison University (2014), and an Advanced Diploma in GIS from the Centre of Geographic Sciences in Lawrencetown, NS (2017). He is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) program.

His work focuses on spatial analysis and background research for projects across Atlantic Canada. He is primarily involved with the Economic Intelligence and Planning divisions, but his GIS work supports any number of assignments across Turner Drake’s various divisions. He has been heavily involved in several long-term projects that evaluated industrial development lands; this work has taken him through a wide-variety of property types across rural NS, NB, and PEI.

Colin manages Turner Drake’s bi-annual market survey, overseeing a research team that collects, and analyzes, over 11,000 data points on office and industrial property throughout the region.

Colin is Manager of our Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island office.
