Darren joined Turner Drake in 2022. He graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1999 with a Bachelors in Business Administration, with a major in accounting. He was granted the CPA designation in 2010 and the CCP designation in 2011.
Darren joined Turner Drake with several years finance experience under his belt working for some of the largest firms in Atlantic Canada. In his previous roles, Darren managed finance teams and played a key role in managing the integration of three separate corporate mergers. He has also worked as a commercial lender; a role which saw him working with business owners across Nova Scotia to provide financing packages for start ups, commercial and residential real estate developments, non profit initiatives, and corporate refinancing.
Darren works in the Valuation Division at Turner Drake and is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia real estate program, enroute to the AACI designation. His work at the firm also includes experience with the bi-annual Market Survey project, which involves the collection of data on the office and industrial markets throughout Atlantic Canada.
