Keegan joined Turner Drake in 2024 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Acadia University. He is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree.
Prior to joining Turner Drake, Keegan gained experience in the real estate industry by specializing in property tax consulting across Western Canada. As a member of the firm’s Valuation Division, Keegan is engaged in valuing a broad range of property types, including commercial, industrial, residential, and undeveloped land. He also works in the Lasercad® Division, where he is responsible for measuring and certifying various property types including office, industrial, retail, and residential spaces in accordance with the applicable Building Owners and Managers (BOMA) Standard Method of Measurement.
