Nathan joined Turner Drake in 2017 upon completing his Bachelor of Management and Science degree from Dalhousie University. He is currently enrolled in the University of British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate (BBRE) degree.
Nathan works in our Property Tax Division where he undertakes assessment appeals throughout Atlantic Canada on a wide range of property types (office, industrial, multi-unit residential, commercial, mixed use, and special purpose properties). Nathan does double duty, working in the firm’s Counselling Division as well, where he manages complex Land Agency assignments for Provincial infrastructure and private sector projects. Previous to this, Nathan was in charge of the firm’s Lasercad® Division where he managed a team of trained Space Measurement professionals undertaking work throughout the region on space certification assignments to the various BOMA and Public Services and Procurement Canada measurement Standards.
