Our client wanted to expand and had purchased a property in close vicinity to their existing premises. They wanted to sell the latter and apply the funds to their new building, but the offers they had received were not acceptable, so they turned to us for assistance. Our Brokerage Division undertook a detailed inspection of the site and building, compiled details of the property’s physical, fiscal and legal attributes, prepared marketing materials, erected signage and kicked their marketing plan into high gear.
