Palmer joined Turner Drake in 2023 after graduating from Dalhousie University with a Double Major,
Honours, Bachelor of Community Design and Sustainability. He is currently enrolled in the University of
British Columbia’s Diploma in Urban Land Economics (DULE) and Bachelor of Business in Real Estate
(BBRE) degree.
His expertise lies in problem solving strategies, graphic design, public engagement, and critical and
systems thinking. With a background in policy work, research, and scenario planning, Palmer is strategic
in his thought process and readily adaptable to changing socio-economic and environmental factors.
Adept with GIS, and with keen interest in data management and sustainability, Palmer works with the
Economic Intelligence Unit and Planning Divisions. He also part of our Lasercad® Division, tasked with
measuring buildings of all types throughout Atlantic Canada.
