Verna is a founding member of Turner Drake and has been intimately involved in many facets of the company. She was instrumental in the expansion of the firms Compuval™ family of databases. After several years spent in the firm’s Valuation Division, Verna transferred into Brokerage where she has spent the last 30+ years assisting clients in sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties throughout Nova Scotia.
Verna was awarded organised real estate’s symbol of professional excellence, the FRI (Fellow of the Real Estate Institute) designation in 1997 and was formerly on the Management Board of the Nova Scotia Chapter. She has acted as an Associate Real Estate Broker (Province of Nova Scotia), a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Realtors and has been a director of the Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia.
