Quality Ratings



Each March and September, we ask every client for whom we have provided a service during the prior six month period, to rate our performance on a five point scale ranging from "poor" to "excellent". The respondents, who can choose to remain anonymous, are requested to measure each "critical to quality" element of our operations. These semi-annual surveys are a requirement of our ISO 9001:2008 quality certification and are an integral part of QMI-SAI Global's annual audit of our operations. We typically get a 25% response to each survey and eagerly pore over the returns to learn how we can improve, focus and hone the services we offer clients.
