Our research is eclectic in nature and reflects the diversity of our work. We attempt to give clients, and potential clients, some idea of the scope of our activities by publishing research papers from time to time in our quarterly Newsletter, TDP Trends, Blogs and Market Surveys.
Each March and September, we ask every client for whom we have provided a service during the prior six month period, to rate our performance on a five point scale ranging from “poor” to “excellent”. These semi-annual surveys are a requirement of our ISO 9001:2015 quality certification and are an integral part of QMI-SAI Global’s annual audit of our operations. We are pleased to present the complete (and unabridged!) results of these surveys.
