Vice President - Giselle Kakamousias, B.Comm., MRICS, AACI
Giselle joined Turner Drake in 1993 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with a major in accounting) from Dalhousie University, Halifax. She was granted a Diploma in Urban Land Economics with first class standing, from the University of British Columbia in 1997, the first person to gain this distinction in Atlantic Canada. Giselle gained accreditation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 1999. She was admitted to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2005.
Giselle has extensive experience in our Valuation Division, valuing industrial, commercial and investment property. She has also worked in our Counselling Division conducting market surveys and providing rental advice to a range of business clients. Giselle is presently employed in our Property Tax Division negotiating reductions in assessments in New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. She has appeared as an expert witness before the New Brunswick Assessment and Planning Appeal Board, the Nova Scotia Regional Assessment Appeal Court, and the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.

Manager - André Pouliot, B.Comm., AACI
André joined Turner Drake in 1998 after graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University, Halifax. He was granted a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia in 2003. André gained accreditation with the Appraisal Institute of Canada in 2004.
André is a former Manager of our Lasercad™ Space Measurement Division. He has extensive experience in our Property Tax Division dating back to 1999. Andrč has provided consulting advice and conducted assessment appeals on a wide variety of industrial, commercial and investment property throughout Atlantic Canada. He has appeared as an expert witness before the Nova Scotia Regional Assessment Appeal Court.
